My appointment for visual field testing went smoothly. The staff was able to fulfill my request for an appointment earlier in the day (as there had been a cancellation). The technician was super. She got me eye drops (since my eyes were dry), explained everything very well, and was pleasant. I was done with the testing within 30 minutes.
Office staff is very pleasant. You do wait a bit, but they warn you up front about that with each reminder that they send you. Allow two hours for your appointment like they suggest, and you won't be stressed. Their exams are very thorough and they are very patient and allow you to ask as many questions as you would like. Dr. Liu is wonderful!
I had a follow up appointment post cataract surgery. I saw Dr. Dan Liu who was very personable and professional. I have used Franklin-Milford Eye Center for many years and have been pleased with their service.
