I was in need of a root canal between Christmas and New year's and all the dentist offices that were in network could not see me for weeks. I called Milford Dentist Office and they saw me the next morning.(New year's Eve!) From the front office support, dental assistant support and dentist I could not have been any more satisifyed with my experience and the profeasionaoism from the top down! Dr. Patel took the time to explain the WHY, behind the procedure and took various x Ray's even throughout the process to ensure success. This was something I had never experienced before, but was thankful to see that the work he was doing was fixing the issue at hand Dr. Patel is beyond professional, and an all around nice person who likes to ensure his patients are INFORMED and Comfortable! I am thankful I stumbled across this practice and look forward to coming here in the future! I highly recommend this office and give it a 10/10, I have never had a more pleasent dentist experience, especially given the circumstances!
My family and I have been looking for a dentist office that is friendly and not pushy..and we finally found an office and staff we like and don't dread visiting! They were very welcoming when we first walked in and took the time to get to know us as patients and people. The staff at this office have been great to us and were wonderful to my daughter for her first dental visit. I highly recommend this office!
