Dr. Augusto and his staff was amazing. My cat got into a scuffle with a racoon on a Sunday, so I had to bring her to PetMedic Urgent Care in Westborough. They put a splint, cast and cone on my girl and said she would have to keep it on for 4 weeks (it was painful to watch her and didn't think we could live through this for a month). On Monday I called Milford Animal Hospital to make a follow up appointment on Wednesday. Dr. Augusto and his team were very attentive and compassionate. Dr. Augusto immediately took to the cast, splint and cone off which was such a relief. We have been going to Milford Animal Hospital for a few years now. Everyone there is so wonderful. The staff is friendly, attentive and transparent. The appointments are always on time, you are in and out, but never feel rushed. It’s really a great practice.

Great vet until you need to contact them foe necessary medical files for new vet. New called multiple time to have them emailed. And took myself contacting them to get the file sent over. Scenarios always pop in my mind,emergencies etc.
