The first time I got my nails done at Lux Nails, I wasn’t fully happy with how they turned out, and I felt the space could be a little more cozy and welcoming. ? But I reached out, and they were so kind! ? They invited me back and redid my nails with so much more care , now I really love them! ? Thank you for listening and making sure I left happy. That kind of kindness and service truly makes a difference! ??
