Lovejoy was a pleasure to wrok with, reccomended by a neighbor . We called, gave an estimated SQ footage of the rooms we wanted cleaned. They gave areasonable price on the phone. The crew showed up on time, were efficient, pleasant, thorough...and Repriced the project LESS than quoted because I cant measure! A few days lter after the carpets were completely dry, we noticed some streaking on the stairs ( they were dark, and a dark day during the work.. and easy miss) Bryan showed up the next day and hand did the stairs again.. with absoluteyl no fuss and they came out like new! Reccomend them 100%

Pick up was easy which is a miracle since we are currently living in a construction zone! Bryan found us and took away our rug. He was also prompt in returning it and recommending a carpet pad that we are sure to utilize.
