We spent about 40 minutes together, going over details for the yard and he was able to give us an estimate within a few days, which was very reasonable (under what we were anticipating so we were thrilled). After the project was complete on his end, he asked us to look around make sure we were satisfied. There was one slight area that was miscommunicated so he came back the next day to resolve it. “We've been using this company for about 5 years for fall and spring cleanups, and most recently added fall tree/shrub pruning. The owner, Nick, has always been extremely responsive to email. I don't think I've ever waited more than a few hours for an email from him! The crew that comes out is always respectful and they do a great job. On the most recent job, I asked for a mulch bed to be added around some shrubs, and they did a great job. The crew ended up running out of mulch for the rest of my yard (because I had asked for another bed), and the guys stayed at my house until I got home to show me the small unfinished section and tell me they would be back within a day or two to finish up (lots of predicted rain the following day!). I even got an email from the owner apologizing for not having enough mulch (again, my fault). The crew was back and my yard was finished just 36 hours later. I would definitely recommend this business.“
