“On the first day of the 2024 summer heat wave, my central air conditioner lost its ability to cool my house due to a leak in the refrigerant line. Because buying an ac unit is a long time investment and not something one does often, I felt a lot of anxiety over having to make a good decision. I had no idea what was on the market. All-Temp Systems Mechanical was the first Company that I contacted. (No prior experience with them.) The owner of All-Temp provided me a proposal with three different make/model options (at my request) within 6 hours of the sales representative visit to my house. After 10 days of research and reviewing other quotes, I decided to purchase a Lenox unit from All-Temp Systems Mechanical. I do not regret my decision at all. The owner was concerned that I didn't have any cooling in my house and was able to secure the ac unit within two days. In addition, I could tell that he was trying real hard to shift his crew's work schedule so that I could have a new unit installed as soon as possible (before July 4th holiday). Based on my memory, I believe the new unit was installed within three days of my signing of the proposal. The crew that came out to do the install were friendly, courteous, and polite...very comfortable with them in the house. Without my request, they placed tarps over the main floor. (I think they noticed the shoe rack near the front door.) The installation looks so much better than what existed before. Thank you All-Temp Systems for alleviating my anxiety and making me feel very good about my decision...the install looks professional and the Lenox unit is more powerful and efficient than what I have ever been used to.
