“This is a great office. My mother is 90 years old and has dementia and is in a wheelchair. They were the only office that would take somebody in my mother's condition for routine care. They were very, very sweet, kind and understanding with her and it went perfectly well twice. I highly recommend this if you are in the Medway area and looking for care for an aged loved one or probably anybody else for that matter. Great staff.“

“For my first visit, I saw Amanda and Dr. Sahfique. Both were exceptionally kind and gentle. They talked me through what they were going to do for the visit before doing anything so I felt fully prepared - something I find critically important. Dr. Shafique was very upfront and informative about my dental treatment plan, but made sure I understood that I am in control of this plan and it’s my choice if I follow through with any or all of it - again, critically important. As someone who has had bad experiences with dentists in the past, I am pleased to say this was by far the best experience I’ve had. “Dr. Bob was fantastic with my 6 year old daughter and made her at ease with funny jokes prior to her surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, letting her even pick out a cat blankie to take home and to keep her warm during her surgery. They played Taylor Swift and sent her home with stickers, tattoos, and toys also her teeth for the tooth fairy plus a toothbrush and after care items. I have never experienced such professionalism and care at an oral surgeon's office. I highly recommend!!! Note: The surgery was done late morning and in only hours later my daughter is doing great! You would never think she just had oral surgery today because she is so happy and feeling better already. She has not complained of any pain. I appreciate everyone at Dr. Bob's office for making this as good of an experience as possible! Thank you!“
