As a traveling CNA this is such a nice facility, residents are cared for like family. Although housekeeping could give more TLC when cleaning residents bathrooms, this is a very pleasant place. I did enjoy time working there, a few unpleasant natured ppl but u cant let one apple spoil the bunch

Blair House 10 stars all the way. My mom was there for a very short time and passed away last week The staff was fantastic, Patty the administrator was wonderful . My mom was in hospice . Kim was amazing she kept her very comfortable as well as nurses We were very glad to have my mom at Blair House even though it was for a short time . Debby Reynolds

Just transferred my mom from Blaire House Worcester2 days ago due the lack of cleaning and presentation of the building . I have to contact the nurse because seems they doesn’t check the patient’s necessities reAding previous doctors notes.My mom has severe scoliosis, kyphosis and Osteoporosis, I was clear that she needs a body pillow uses at Worcester Blair and support pelvic pillow for hip and back myself given to them. Pillows were not found.While Another person was telling the nurse my concern, I heard the nurse was rude telling that she gets what it is.I also told my mom is afraid to be in a bed that is in the middle no rails .
