My mother was moving out of town and on the day before we were scheduled to leave her garage door opener died. The first available appointment was not for several days but when I explained the situation to the sales person she arranged for a tech to come out that day and confirm the problem and schedule the repair before we left. Great customer service and reasonably priced.

I had trouble with my remote door opener and asked to have a rep stop by my home to fix or replace. Not only was Mark on time but he straitened out my remote in record time.
