Had them do a ton of great work on my house! Roof, siding, deck, redesign front entry, chimney, stairs, walkway. Basically rebuilt the outside of my home!!

I contacted NMTI to have my roof replaced to prepare for solar panel installation. Ramon came out initially to discuss any issues I had and to evaluate the roof structure. He addressed the issues I saw and recommended metal valleys. He also recommended altering the front of the roof since I don’t have fascia boards or soffits to prevent water from seeping behind the siding. Which was one of my concerns. My wife and I could not be more pleased with every element of our project with NMTI general contractors.Our project was a full kitchen remodel that involved taking down a wall an rerouting the plumbing. From the jump, the work crews were detail oriented and respectful. In addition the project managers made sure every decision was made with our best interests in mind.A lesser aspect of the project was repairing a crack in my foundation.
