Middleton Karate Academy & Fitness is a well-structured and enjoyable martial arts school with knowledgeable and patient instructors, including Mr. Van and Mr. Josh. The staff is friendly, flexible, and wonderful with kids. Students of all ages, including adults, can benefit from the classes. The academy has helped children develop positive behaviors, listening skills, and confidence.
