EF Fogarty Roofing and his team did a great job on our house! We have a ton of surfaces and bumpouts, and all were completed with great care and skill. They also did a great job cleaning up each day and at the end of the job.

EF Fogarty Roofing did a great job replacing the original 1990’s era roof on our ranch style home (lots of square feet). They arrived right on time and were in and out in two days as promised, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Ed Fogarty and his workers were thoughtful with all the details too, from protecting our trees and shrubs, to moving (then replacing) our patio furniture, to repairing any gutters that were affected. They even gave us a say in locating the dumpster! The site lead David and the crew worked like an experienced team and cleaned up everything quite well when they finished. We used CertainTeed Landmark Pro Max shingles that were an upgrade (Max Def, Pewterwood color) and LOVE the way they look. Neighbors do too! We got prices from three other companies last year but decided to hold off until this year. It turned out that Ed’s 2023 pricing was lower than the 2022 prices of two competitors (by thousands). With inflation I’m pretty sure the difference would be even bigger if we had them re-quote. It’s also worth mentioning that Ed’s approach was very low pressure when quoting the job. The only shingle upgrade we made was at our request, so we could get the color we wanted. The 2022 companies we spoke with were quite pushy trying to up-sell more expensive shingles, underlayment etc to the point that they almost made you feel there was something ‘wrong’ with their standard product. Overall we couldn’t be happier with EF Fogarty, and would recommend them without hesitation!

EF Fogarty roofing was amazing! Ed was great to deal with . Knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me in the loop. He came out quickly to provide a quote and responded back just as quickly. His crew was on time, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!
