River Street installed a new furnace for me a couple of years ago. Each year I have had to call them to fix the air conditioning at the beginning of the summer season since while the unit blows air, it does not cool the house. The unit is less than 3 years old and this has happened every year! To avoid being in an uncomfortably hot house for the first month of warm weather, I called them out early this year (April) to have a technician to take a look. The technician gave the unit a clean bill of health. Well today when it's going to be in the 80's the unit is not blowing sufficiently cool air. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by River St Heating company. My experience with them was marked by unprofessionalism and a complete lack of urgency.Firstly, I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come and inspect my heating system, but they failed to show up. There was no communication or explanation for their absence, leaving me waiting and wondering what had happened. This lack of respect for my time and inconvenience is unacceptable.When I reached out to inquire about the missed appointment, the customer service representatives displayed a complete lack of urgency.
