“I called Rob for help with one of my outdoor water spigots. Somehow it burst and sent water shooting out like a fire hydrant. He answered his phone at 6:30am, which I just thought I was going to leave a message, and was pleasant as can be. He asked for pictures of the pipe, etc, and I sent them later when I arrived home from work. Within 15 minutes, Rob called and told me how to repair it myself. It was just in need of a new hose clamp! Silly me! “Had my sewerage ejection pump fail this am letting 50 plus gallons of raw sewage leaking from the holding tank. This pump was for my tenants apartment so I needed it back up in running like asap. Called Bridgewater Pump, was told a tech would call me right back! How often we hear those words ! 5 minutes later tech named Jimmy called and said he could be here in 20 Minutes ! Other companies said 48- 72 Hours. 20 Minutes later Jimmy and Brian Arrived within 90 Minutes the pump was disassembled The problem with the Pump repairs and they were backing out of Driveway ! Ive often heard of people getting this kind of service but Im always the guy waiting 2-3 days for anyone to respond never mind fix the issue.. I would recommend anyone experienceing an issue with a sewerage pump to theses guys FIRST ! They were Polite, Super Fast Efficient, Reasonably priced. Give you Guys a 10 Plus Thanks for the Great Service !

“I just wanted to leave a quick review on Claude Dubord & Sons septic service. This was my first time dealing with a septic tank. They showed up first thing in the morning as I was unprepared. I promised I would have my lids dug out. I thought I marked out my tank lids last week. Turns out they were just rocks. I apologized for not being ready and told him I’d reschedule when I found them. The driver patiently said “don’t worry, I’ll help you find them.” He found both lids within minutes without having any house plans. He told me he’d go pump another house in the area, and give me a chance to dig up the lids. The driver returned and pumped the system with no issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Turns out he was the owner of the company Jeff. I usually don’t write reviews but he went above and beyond to help get my system taken care of for me, and I appreciate that. Thank you Claude Dubord & Sons inc! You have a lifelong customer in me. “I called FRED’S Plumbing and Heating after my family had a bad experience with another plumber.
He came right out on Monday and had the issue diagnosed in under 3 minutes. His crew was busy for the remainder of that day so they came out to the family home first thing Tuesday morning to vacuum and clean the boiler system. They were done in 1 1/4 hours, which cost less than the “parts changing plumber” who visited the family home on Friday, costing them $600 for parts, and left the family with birds, cats, dogs, ferrets and humans with still no heat.
