We were in need of someone to diagnose a pipe backup from our home to the septic tank. I was told approximately when to expect a technician and the technician called to give us an ETA before he arrived. Jamil arrived on time, and was very courteous. He was able to use a camera to determine our issue. Because we had no roots, he was able to clear our blockage in no time. I was nervous before he came, but very pleased with the work and the outcome!
They were quick to come and polite. Would i use again? Maybe not. Im on a fixed income and to hook up gas dryer was almost 600.00. And used my parts. I almost died and had to do it i needed it. No senior discount. Still in SHCK!!!!
We called and they came within 4 hours and no emergency charges. Very reasonable. They sent a very competent and professional young man who took care of our needs and fixed the issue! Page answered the phone and she was very good! Could not recommend this company more!
