Studio 13 Full Service Salon is an amazing place. The stylists are artists and gems, described as caring, compassionate, and phenomenal. They take the time to understand what clients want and offer insightful options. One client recounts coming in with a horrendous, hack job haircut that was a real sh*t show, looking emotionally unstable. The stylist worked magic on it, saving the hair and making it leaps and bounds more beautiful than before. The service results in a great haircut, and the experience includes great conversation throughout. Clients express that they will be back again for sure, thanking the stylists for rocking and saving them. The salon is clearly a place where skilled professionals can transform even the most drastic, ugly mistakes into something much more beautiful.
Kelly saved me!!! I went in crying on July 6th….bc I have trouble saying no and stupidly let someone who doesn’t work in a salon/ taking clients, anymore, (but has cosm. license), cut my bangs, at their beach house….after they’d been drinking all day. The results were HORRENDOUS! I looked emotionally unstable. As if I’d suffered a mental break down, and decided to make a drastic change by giving myself the worlds most ugly bangs. It was bad. I wish I had a before pic bc I’d considering sharing just to show what a difference Kelly made w my hack job bangs. She rly saved them. I’m still not obsessed…, but that’s not Kelly’s fault. Kelly was phenomenal!!! Took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted as well as offer insight into other options that might work best for me. It was a great haircut and even greater conversation throughout! Will be back again for sure.Service: Haircut
