Been having repairs to both of my cars done here for over a decade. Used to be skeptical going to most garages, definitely dealerships, being female and not always being able to figure out what the issue with the car was. Not at Methuen Shell! They have never tried to take advantage of me/my wallet, they have never recommended work that wasn't required, and they always explain what needs to be done and the different options available - both the minimum so as to not break the bank, and what they recommend to take care of the issue long term.
