I have used them for years and they have been prompt with answering questions and explaining when my delivery is coming. Sometimes the delivery comes quicker than expected and when delayed they were quick to follow up.

Nice and prompt, but charged me $65 for not using propane all year. I bought a foreclosure the tank was just there. I got electric stove and mini split heat pumps, so did not need propane anymore. Previous owner had a propane water heater, but I changed it to an electric heat pump water heater. So at first called them to maybe get a new tank and have gas heat. Then got a surprise $65 bill for not ordering any propane all year. Thought maybe they would do a courtesy charge back - nope they really want their money. Good thing they did not charge me for removal of the tank. Was considering getting a gas clothes dryer, but probably not worth the improvement over an electric...read full review

Provided great service to check for a gas leak. It was the end of the day and their staff are on their way out, but after I called them with concern for gas leak, Paul came over immediately, was personable, checked the tank and multiple things to ensure that there is no leak and provided recommendations. We appreciate the last minute response!
