Let's see some ways Osterman's could improve...have the rude woman removed from answering the phones that doesn't do what she says she is going to do...not charging a $100 fee for not filling enough...AND NOT DISCONNECTING AND PICKING UP A PROPANE TANK THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING!!!! WHEN SCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE TO PICK UP FOR STARTERS...
