I inquired about getting an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. Left inquiry yesterday afternoon, and within 1 hour I got a response from John. He asked for the best time to reach me, and called me in 20 minutes. Made the appointment for today at 9am and at 8:50am this morning he was in front of my door. John inspected the floors, and discussed the repair and refinish process in details. Gave me an estimated cost and time required to complete the job. Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented professional. I would recommend John and his company to anyone. 5 stars from me!!!

Contacted this company for an estimate. We texted back and forth for 3 days. On the third day he said he was too busy and didn't have the time. I told him my time was important to me too, and I wish he told me the first day. His reply was "whatever". Very unprofessional. That usually reflects on the quality of workmanship. I would be happy to provide a copy of my text exchange with anyone that needs the proof.
