Over 30 years ago I had fallen. A bone in my back shifted forward and 30 years later began to cause me very bad muscle spasms. I went to see Dr. Mary Ellen and she took a picture and showed me what had occurred to my back when I had fallen. It took her over a year to put that bone back in place because the injury was old and all the muscles and tendons had shifted in my back.
