I had a wonderful experience with Courtney. She was very friendly and outgoing. I had an idea of what I wanted from my hair cut, but also wasn't exactly sure how to describe it. Courtney completely understood & delivered! I am so incredibly happy with my hair. I will certainly be back to see her again!Also want to mention: she recommended a product while we were chatting during the haircut. When I was checking out, I was prepared for a high pressure sell on an expensive product. Instead, I was delighted to be handed a small container with sample of the product to take home and try! Good quality cut and blow dry and also did a great job with my 4 year old daughter. 4 stars instead of 5 because they are tough to get ahold of, usually have to call more than once or wait for a call back to get an appointment.

Absolutely perfect place to go!!! I had a terrible experience with a different hair salon and when I went to studio 16 they made me feel welcome. They understood the anxiety I had since a the previous experience at a different salon was bad. They listened to what I wanted. I can not stress enough about how fabulous this place is!!! Beautiful inside and the people who work here are absolutely incredible! I highly highly recommend this salon. My mom and I go here regularly together now!! If you ever get a chance use this salon!!
