Had my daughters senior portraits done at the location in Bensalem, PA. The proofs that came did not look like the ones shown in the studio. Then whatever editing they did made it worse. None of the photos are order worthy. Called to reschedule, never heard back. Awful yearbook photo. A lot of effort and money goes into getting kids ready for these and for not one photo to be good was appalling. Especially when your kid is otherwise very photogenic. Decided to skip rescheduling at this point and just go elsewhere for the photos for our home.

This is the worst and most expensive service ever. You feel like you are held hostage to their prices. They lure you in with "promo codes and offers" all of which are not true. The photographers that take the photos are awful, they do not care whether the child's clothing is not set correctly or if they are out of frame. You really want to have a great memory of your children's graduation pictures but do not want to be hijacked with the prices. It seems that these people have a monopoly on these photos sessions hence the reason why they boldly charge so much.

I can't begin to tell you the problems, from booking the sitting which they ( the system) kept changing the day and times, NO explanation for that. My deluxe order is 18-24 poses. I had half the poses they may consider the same pose just a black-and-white image a different picture ( 17 pictures total with 9 poses). 3 backgrounds and the deluxe should be 4-6 backgrounds. of course they offered me another session. My daughter said no after getting her hair done and waking up early to prepare makeup she is not going through another sitting. They are investigating to see if there are missing pictures that were not uploaded. My sons in the years past were amazing pictures and my daughter will end up with a big disappointment with no photo options.
