“We just switched over to this practice when we moved into Melrose. My 1 year old, who was born with multiple medical issues, has been through a lot of traumatic experiences with testing, treatments, etc so she is now scared of any doctor. At our first visit at this practice every person, from the front desk to the doctors, was extremely patient and unbelievably kind to my daughter without me having to say anything. I’ve never seen her smile at someone wearing scrubs and a mask! The doctors also helped us through some newer issues our previous pediatrician didn’t know what to do about. All my questions were answered with very thorough and data-based responses. Clearly, I’m thrilled with this office!“

“One Medical is a very professional medical practice across the street from the Porter Square T Station. My doctor always makes me feel seen and heard. She goes out of her way for me. The front desk staff are really nice too. There's only one or two people waiting in the waiting room and the entire place is spotless. It's very easy to be seen by them. You call them up usually you can be seen the next day or the day after unlike CHA when you can't be seen for months. If you're thinking of getting out of CHA try One Medical. A step up.“

Everyone is so friendly and great with kids. my mother in law went there as a kid, then my fiancé and his siblings went there and now our 2 babies are going there as well!! Dr cotting is amazing both my kiddos love seeing her she always gets them laughing and excited to be at the drs!!“

“My son's pediactric dr who is Dr. Djajadi is the best pediatrician I have ever encountered truly. She is beyond understanding, has true and honest bedside manner & genuinely cares for not only her pediactric patients but also their parents and or care givers as well. I honestly wish she could be my primary care doctor that is how AMAZING she is. She takes the time to address every and any concern possible, and explain in great detail anything that may come up. She also truly cares about the parents of the pediactric patients, as I am newly post pardom with my son, and she has also helped me tremendously by giving recommendations, and even helped schedule an appointment for myself so I could receive the care I needed as well. She goes above and beyond , and I am looking forward to her being My pediactric dr for My children for the years to come.“

“I've been going to this office since my daughter was born. All the staff are super amazing and the doctors are very informative. They all listened to my needs and concerns and gave me the best resources. I had a chance to sit with Rosie and Ron Burnette. They were very kind and and tried to help me any way, shape and form. They took the time to listen, and was ready to jump in and take care of myrequests. I do recommend this place to new moms in the area. I'm sure the experience will be just as good as mines.“

Keep in mind, like most such healthcare "collectives" these days, the responsibility is really on you (the patient) to: 1) create your online account (critical for keeping on top of your healthcare with an org like this!) & learn how the site works; 2) call in proactively to check on coverage/physician choices/appointment management etc etc.; 3) (Probably most important of all!) keep track of all questions/concerns/health issues you've got and, next time you see your PCP, **ask them!** [Of course you should always see a dr or go to ER asap --don't wait--if there's anything you think may be serious.]“

OH YEAH IF YOU ARE TAKING THE MBTA JUST HAVE TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL CAUSE OF THE AREA IS HIGH DRUG N CRIME. BUT I DIDNT HAVE ANY ISSUES. NOBODY ASKING FOR MONEY ECT. THEY SEEM TO KEEP THERE DISTANCE. THEY DO HAVE SECURITY ON THE SCENE JUST IN CASE. OH YES THEY SLSO HAVE A VENDING MACHINE FOR SNACKS AND SODA JUICE ECT. ON THE FIRST FL. ALSO.“
