Since my daughter was born she's been with pediatric healtcare associate. It's been 3 years already and we never had a single good experience with sick visits. No matter how sick the child is they never give you a prescription and they tell you to wait until the symptoms worsen before they can give something and ask you to come back in 4 days. I don't think any parents enjoy seeing their child in pain for so many days. I will not recommend this place because I feel like my daughter and I are not treated well. I think that they have to change the phone call service method. Everytime you call you have to leave message for them to call you back Wich I find so ridiculous. I went to this office twice, I did not see it crazy busy. If everytime someone calls , they have to leave a message to get a call back. You guys don’t need those two receptionist in the front desk. I called concerning my newborn constipation around 1 o’clock, I got a call back until 4 o’clock, I missed the phone call. I called back right away, I can’t even get through. I moved from mass and keep on asking my kids record which I need for her school admission too,2 weeks ago before leaving Mass , I submitted the request form and still waiting,When ever I called the lady over phone, super rude forwarding my call to other person who is in Maternity leave ,I am keep on calling and do not know what to do,
