We called Petros to solve a leaky sink in my mother's condo in downtown Boston. The fix was timely and competent, but what was so lovely was Petros' nature in every other aspect: he smartly navigated parking, was a pleasure to chat with during his work, and was gracious and entertaining with my mother and others that happened to be gathered. What a pleasure to get to connect with him!

Fantastic. We had no hot water coming into a new home we just moved in the day before on Saturday. I called Mr. Floros at 9 a.m. Sunday, he diagnosed the problem (plus a few other plumbing issues on our to-do list) almost immediately over the phone, then came out at 1 p.m. with everything ready to go. He was done by 3 p.m. with our plumbing checklist done and dusted. I’ve never had to call a plumber before (and this first time I did with much nervousness), but this is THE guy to call.

Our water heater broke Sunday morning, and Petros came out same day with a replacement. He spent the time to talk through the installation and field all my questions while doing the install. All around great service, 100% would recommend.
