I am a repeat customer. Several years ago, when I redid my kitchen, I purchased a beautiful runner that was perfect for the space. I had narrowed it down to three possibilities, and Dave, the owner brought all three so I could see them "in situ." He showed me how rugs have a nap and turning them in different directions changes the effect dramatically. When I had a house fire about 3 years ago, Melrose Oriental rug picked up my grandmother's rug I inherited, that was rolled up in my attic, cleaned it, and stored it. Exceptional quality, and service! I highly recommend having your rugs cleaned and repaired here. Expect honest, no BS assessment of rug quality and trust their guidance. Melrose oriental rug has cleaned our handmade rugs for years and recently properly packaged them for long-term storage as we move to a different state. Sad to be leaving such a great resource behind.
