Not sure who this guy Rob J. is....sounds like he belongs to a newly formed group of salon parking lot attendants, but he needs to hear a couple of things about this establishment. The owner you speak of could not be any more opposite from the monster you are making her out to be. I don't believe for a second that she watched a pregnant woman fall and made that wisecrack you mentioned. I ask you this...how could someone so "mean and awful" have maintained a successful business for 50 years? I have been in that salon many, many times and continually hear her customers come in and say there are no parking spaces!! Your issue is with the gymnastics location which obviously doesn't supply enough parking for their members...go to them with your complaints. Having a child with you does not give you any more entitlement than someone who doesn't. Owning a business today is difficult enough already without someone like you spewing insults to a very hard working, thoughtful individual as you did. And you stated this isn't the first time you've seen her crossing the line???? Huh...does that mean you are one of the guilty parties helping yourself to the salon spaces? Grow the hell up and respect anyone who has the gumption to at least come face to face about the issue rather than go behind your computer and hit the "insult" key!!!!

I cannot comment on the services the proprietor here provides but I can comment on how I see this person act. She is one of the rudest people I have ever seen. Just this morning I pulled in to see her yelling at a woman that was clearly 7or 8 months pregnant. Due to a large volume of clients at the attached gymnastics facility she was forced to parked In One of the salon parking spots to run her child inside for the class. She was explaining that she would be right out to move her car, but the lady at the salon wasn't hearing it. Then when the pregnant woman turned to walk away she slipped and fell in the parking lot. I rushed over to check on her because obviously any fall for a pregnant woman could be troublesome. The lady from the salon just muttered "well that's what you get". What an awful human being this person is. This isn't the first time I have seen her yell at people either but this is crossing the line. I hope everyone reads this and chooses another salon to use because this person doesn't deserve anyone's business.
