I have been a customer for over 20 years at my current residence and much longer than that in total. I have found them to be one of the best service providers I have dealt with. Their prices are reasonable and their service and technicians are phenomenal. Being an electrician and service technician myself I am uniquely qualified to judge their company and service. I would and have recommended them many times and have never regretted it.

Jeffrey and his crew are a total class act: their responsiveness, professionalism, competence, and customer service is above and beyond. My family of seven is new to the area, and we neglected to check our oil tank before the cold weather hit. We were stranded with sick kids on a weekend without heat, and Jeffrey went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. After calling six other local companies who were unresponsive or unable to help us on the weekend, I called Medway. Even though we are a bit remote, and we didn't have a previous contact, Jeffrey volunteered to help. He even called back to follow up with me to ensure we'd be taken care of! He and his crew showed up promptly, offered professional and helpful advice, and took care of issues arising from the previous owners' lack of maintenance. We are now loyal customers for life.
