After several attempts to hire someone to fix our water problem under our 3 season porch vinyl siding we found John on Facebook. He returned our call immediately, came to provide a quote when he said he was coming and once we hired him he came exactly on time. Within 2 days he completed our project on time and on budget. We were so impressed with his work ethic and results we then hired him to finish off the inside of the porch. John came up with alternative ideas and we hired him again and he completed that project the same way. We had John in to do some work in the basement. He was very easy to work with and was able to complete a various list of projects. Always cleaned up at the end of the day, we look forward to working with him on future projects.
My new porch door had a lot of retro fitting with both the height and width and it was completed quickly and seamlessly. I also wanted this really rustic black iron lock that was a bit too big and John figured out a way to make it work perfectly and it's one of my favorite features. I sent a picture of the door I wanted and he nailed it (pun intended) and I now have the exact door I wanted. I love the finished product and I would definitely hire for any future projects.
