Lisa sent us an email refunding us a portion of what we paid for the arrangement we were not happy with which I was very grateful and touched for her understanding. The other two arrangements were beautiful. I absolutely recommend her to anyone in the future. Thank you Lisa. What I liked about the place was I was able to look online at Teleflora and choose what I like & Lisa would would work with my selection but one of the three arrangements didn't look anything like what I picked and I couldn't call to have anything done bc I didn't see it until the services were about to start. Would have been nice if some kind of compensation or credit towards another purchase to make up for the error but she basically ignored me. Too bad. The other two were nice and pricing were reasonable.“

“I used valley and vines for my June 2024 wedding and cant recommend Carolyn enough. Not only was her communication great and prices reasonable, but the florals were truly beautiful. My bridesmaids and I could not get over the variety of flowers she chose for our bouquets, and our main ceremony pieces were stunning. Carolyn even went the extra mile to bring our bouquets and boutonnieres to our hotel while we were getting ready before heading over to the venue to do the rest of our florals. She also offered to stick around at the venue at the end of the day in case any of the groomsmen needed help with their boutonnieres. She added extra greenery on our sweetheart table just because she felt it could use more. She went above and beyond and I would 100% recommend her!“
