She goes above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns that I may have while tending to my care and for me this is very important having sensitive teeth. She is very gentle and takes her time with that being said. She is just over-all amazing and I'm glad I was able to follow her to this location and honestly SHE IS the reason I followed her for my dental care!!! This was the best move I made. “This is a great office. My mother is 90 years old and has dementia and is in a wheelchair. They were the only office that would take somebody in my mother's condition for routine care. They were very, very sweet, kind and understanding with her and it went perfectly well twice. I highly recommend this if you are in the Medway area and looking for care for an aged loved one or probably anybody else for that matter. Great staff.“

“I am so glad I found Dr Mischley. My former dentist retired and the dentists that took over were not very good to say the least. After hearing great recommendations regarding Dr Mischley I decided to switch. I have had 2 cleanings there. Entire staff couldn’t be more wonderful. Dr Mischley came in after both cleanings and was so friendly and professional at the same time. I have trigeminal neuralgia and a few weeks ago I started to have a really bad attack. It causes excruciating pain on the right side of my face from my forehead to my mouth. It hurts to do simple things like eat, sneeze, touch my face or even brush my teeth on that side. I lost a temporary during this attack and knew I needed a crown but there is no way I could do this now but I also knew the tooth needed to be covered up to prevent abscess. Of course it was on the upper right side of my mouth. I called to make an appointment. I was in tears just trying to explain to Dr Mischley what was going on because it also hurts to talk. He listened to me and offered to put another temporary on the tooth and hopefully get a crown when my attack is under control. He was so gentle and very caring trying to put the temporary on with a minimum amount of pain. He even suggested I look into acupuncture as I have already had surgery that did relieve my pain for 5 years. When I went to the desk to pay the girl at the desk told me Dr Mischley said no charge! I was so grateful. As far as I am concerned Dr Mischley and his office are the best around.“

“Dr. Bob was fantastic with my 6 year old daughter and made her at ease with funny jokes prior to her surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, letting her even pick out a cat blankie to take home and to keep her warm during her surgery. They played Taylor Swift and sent her home with stickers, tattoos, and toys also her teeth for the tooth fairy plus a toothbrush and after care items. I have never experienced such professionalism and care at an oral surgeon's office. I highly recommend!!! Note: The surgery was done late morning and in only hours later my daughter is doing great! You would never think she just had oral surgery today because she is so happy and feeling better already. She has not complained of any pain. I appreciate everyone at Dr. Bob's office for making this as good of an experience as possible! Thank you!“
