“This is a great office. My mother is 90 years old and has dementia and is in a wheelchair. They were the only office that would take somebody in my mother's condition for routine care. They were very, very sweet, kind and understanding with her and it went perfectly well twice. I highly recommend this if you are in the Medway area and looking for care for an aged loved one or probably anybody else for that matter. Great staff.“

Shortly after reaching out for more information, I was greeted with a very welcoming text from Barbara, followed by a wonderful information call. Her knowledge and passion for helping to maintain a natural look was refreshing and made me instantly feel in great hands. Upon arriving to my appointment she greeted me at the front desk, and was able to see me right away (never experienced that before). My appointment was scheduled for a Saturday which was also a huge bonus! Two weeks after my 1st Botox appointment I came back for follow up pictures/ consultation to assure I was satisfied with the results (also a level of commitment I hadn’t experienced before). Again like before, was greeted at the front desk by Barbara herself and she took me right away!
