“I hired Keith's Tree Removal to trim the branches overhanging my roof. Efficiently, the estimator, Jay, came. He shared enthusiastically about my trees and made great suggestions. “When my cat climbed a tree and seemed to potentially be stuck up there, I called around to various arborists. Nate was calm and reassuring -- and instead of sending someone right over and charging lots of money, he gave me expert guidance on what to try before calling in a professional. He said that in his experience, 90% of cats "stuck" in trees figure out how to come down on their own in a couple hours, and he gave me tips on what to do to encourage my cat to come down. Sure enough, a couple of hours later, my cat climbed down safely. I am so thankful to Nate for his patient (and free!!) guidance and for going above and beyond, when he could have easily just sent someone over right away and charged me.
