Charlie supplied and installed a new OEM Burnham inducer motor with fan, housing and new gasket on 4 section power vented steam boiler. His quote was very competitive & he was communicative & did the work in a timely manner. Thankfully the humming noise in our steam boiler was taken care of.

Charlie has been coming to our house for over 20 years servicing various issues over the years. Never mind the quality service Charlie provides, he is one the nicest and hardest working people you will find. Case in point.... we were closing on our house today and during the walk through it turns out that the upstairs heat would not come on. This was very discouraging and put the closing in jeopardy. I quickly got on the line to Charlie and he maneuvered his schedule to come see what was wrong. Charlie came to the house in about an hour, quickly found the issue and was on his way with a smile. Charlie has saved the day here many times in the past, but today he really understood our panic/urgency and simply showed up. We closed on the house after we let the buyers know about the problem Charlie solved. Thanks for everything over the years Charlie!

My stand up shower had apparently been leaking into the apartment below me. The first plumber we called was very clearly trying to con me (I won't get into details here). So I started calling other plumbers. Sillari was the first to call me back. I described the issue to him in as much detail as I could as well as what the first plumber had told me. Sillari asked me a few questions about the shower, then told me over the phone what he thought the issue was and how I can test for it on my own. Sure enough, the test he instructed me on over the phone went exactly as he suspected and I was able to repair the problem myself with a $20 piece from Home Depot. Sillari impressed...read full review
