These people cancelled my massage for no reason. I booked a CBD melt and a serenity special. My serenity massage was changed to a serenity scrub and they saw fit to cancel the entire CBD massage because PLOT TWIST they do not do massages one after another even if you PAY them (which honestly sounds like a huge lie) and that the CBD Muscle melt is an "upgrade" to the serenity massage (even though thats nowhere on their website) and so when the serenity massage was changed the CBD "upgrade" was also cancelled. They didnt TELL anyone that and dont want to discuss this little fact. They did not offer any complimentary services to assuage this... read full review
