Didn't realize after driving around New England a bunch that I was in desperate need of an immediate oil change. Sam took me in right before he had to close, and I saw him stay late to help out more people waiting. I goofed and said I needed the wrong type of oil, which he gave me the much more expensive synthetic oil for the same price. Great guy, and clearly a hard worker. Thanks again, bud!

I'm a busy dad and I dont have time for stickers, and I never remember to do it. Today I was lucky enough to deal with Sam's auto, after a referral from a local mechanic called Rigano's - they noticed I needed the sticker. The sign says "do it now" which is obviously good advice =] When I came in for a state inspection, apparently one of my tail lights was out, and both my license plate lights were blown. He could have easily failed me and sent me looking for OEM parts to fix the corrosion, instead he replaced 3 bulbs for free, and passed me. Other than that my car has not emissions or other issue, so he just did a nice thing, charged me the normal 39, and sent me on my way. I stayed to look at some of his cars for sale, Im thinking of trading up from my 2 older cars, he spent 30 minutes with me talking about cars and experiences. Im actually considering buying one car that was previously his, based on the simple fact that he was so accommodating. The guy was honest with me and I would recommend anyone to give him a shot.
