Called to replace a roof on a 6,000+ s.f. commercial building in Malden. Received a quote but wasn't able to start the work until 3-4 months later. They held the quote the same and were always very courteous and professional. Did a great job and I will use them again when needed. Highly recommended!

Northeast Industrial Roof did a maintenance work on the metal roof of our large warehouse type of building to solve the water leaking problem. The manager Niab and the lead technician Robert are very experienced and responsible. I am happy with the end result. In addition, the 15 year warranty on the workmanship makes me worry free.
