“How lucky I was to need medical care in Medford and have access to this! I am from out of town and something came up on my visit. I tried to book online but ended up just getting an Uber and it was incredibly fast to get in and be seen (Saturday morning 9am). I have never been seen or treated in an urgent care as quickly (and I wasn’t bleeding or anything). I was out with my prescription in about half an hour. Thank you to the team!!Edit: I ended up being billed about $45 after insurance, which is something I was concerned about based on reviews. I do have very good insurance but thought I’d add that for what it’s worth.“

“I’ve had Dr. Lee as my primary doctor for years now and she is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind and really takes the time to fully listen. I referred a family member to the practice who really loves her doctor here as well. Also the admin staff really went the extra mile for me recently in helping to resolve a billing issue and I’ve always found everyone at the front desk along with the medical assistants to be pleasant as well. All around I’m so grateful for Mystic Medical!“
