Incredibly helpful, prompt, and responsive. Great to work with, saved me a TON of money by correcting bad advice from TurboTax's "experts".I look forward to filing my taxes with Akan and Medford Tax Experts in the future.

John was courteous and just overall very pleasant to talk with. He took his time to explain things, even though it looked like he couldn’t help me out with this particular issue. Highly recommend!

I haven't become a customer yet but Akan on the phone was so helpful and efficient - I truly appreciate your help in educating me about my tax return even though I am not a customer. I would highly recommend anyone to talk to this company!
