Fantastic, supportive staff. So excellent with kids: They aren't the over-the-top-sugary-sweet kind of people, but the sincerely-see-children-as-their-own-selves kind of people. I really loved and appreciated how they connected with my sometimes willful six-year-old to help him select a pair of glasses that he feels good wearing. Very grateful to have a place like this in the community!

Not surprisingly, everything related to BCH is amazing, and that includes Medford Optical in Waltham. We had the best experience this week with Eric who spent an hour helping us find perfectly fitting glasses for my son. This was no easy task, but Eric was determined and so kind to my 4yo who was struggling to sit still and stay focused. We will take the hour drive any time my son needs new glasses.
