The staff at the front desk is always so friendly at check in! I go biweekly for a lash fill with Monique in the spa and she is always so accommodating and professional. She makes the experience as relaxing as possible, it’s my favorite time of the week.

Monique at Lifetime Medford Spa is awesome. I have been going to her for lash lift and tint and brow tint. I have always been extremely happy with the results as well as the whole experience. Monique is very meticulous and talented. She is so easy to talk to and makes the appointment very comfortable. I would highly recommend Monique and the spa.

Great gym for people who take their workout seriously and want to do it in a nice space. Lots of good equipment and variety to avoid getting bored. If I’m sick of doing one movement, they have 3-4 other options to hit the same spot differently. Very clean. Lots of other services beyond the workout that I haven’t explored yet.
It’s maybe the most expensive gym in the metro area. But I find that attracts other members who are respectful and also take their workout seriously. And it’s big enough that you can avoid the odd weirdo or uber bro. The locker room could be bigger. But after some of the locker rooms I’ve seen in the area, small and clean... read full review
