I love this place, the service is wonderful, very professional, impeccable design, cozy, and the staff is amazing. Sally is super knowledgeable, I trust her with my hairstyle 100%, color and haircut blindly, I know I will always get out super happy from the salon, and in my experience, that is a lot to say!! My hair care routine is pretty low key but I always have such a good experience at this James Joseph location. I just saw Mariela for the first time for glaze/ blow dry and had to share that this is honestly the best blow dry I've had (ever)! She graciously fit me in as a walk-in on a busy Saturday and was so welcoming and kind. My hair looks gorgeous. Cannot wait for my next cut/ treatment with her. The people at the front desk are also always very welcoming too, just such an overall positive experience.
