WOW, What an experience we had with this company. Outstanding from start to finish. Carol at the intake and the crew along the way and the owner John at the end. Stellar service.
We manage at 25 year old 20 plus unit condo building and the brass elevator doors and finishes were all tarnished, faded, and stained from improper cleaning over the decades. Crystal Bright came in, did their thing, and now they all look brand new. Amazing. They also refinished the exterior door handles and anything else that has the same brass. Our building now looks like it did dayu one.

Im a property manager in Boston and was struggling at landing a company who could do multiple services that I needed for the building. Crystal Bright does window cleaning, metal refinishing and stone refinishing. We had our lobby floor and elevator floor done with them. They come once a month to check and clean the marble. They also clean our windows once a year and do a spectacular job. I recommend them to other property managers, especially high rise buildings.

Great company they came in refinished all my elevators with no problems at all. Other companies that we hired before they would milk job and cost us more money for having the fire alarms off & fire department here. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs metal refinishing.
