We have been using Bell Tower Plumbing \\u0026 Heating for years for all of our plumbing needs. We formerly owned a multi-unit apartment building and used Bill on a regular basis for many, many, tenant plumbing issues over the years. We also use Bill at our own home. He is very professional, on-time, quick to respond, reasonably priced, dependable and honest. Bill never tries to up-sell a job and I have always been pleased with his work. I would recommend using his services to anyone and have many times to family members and friends. He is outstanding and you won't be disappointed.

Fixed ignitor on gas forced hot air furnace. Bill is responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He is pleasant and takes the time to explain things. Seems like a genuine person, which makes a difference. I will use him to also fix a faucet based on my interactions to date.
