Currently holding my car hostage after an accident. Will not provide accurate updates to me or my insurance agent. My car has been delayed getting to a repair shop for over a week due to Agero's negligence and lack of customer care. Do not give them your business
This is a fraudulent service. My car was stuck on driveway and needed to be taken out. Porsche road side assistance connected me to agero roadside assistance, I paid for service $225 upfront with credit card and then tow truck driver called me and asked for $400 "in cash only" to pull the car out and $380 "in cash only" to take it to the nearest dealership. This was obvious extortion and I ended up cancelling this service. I was able to find a decent towing company who did great job for total $175.
Progressive uses them and they suck. Waited 70 minutes for an original eta for 25 minutes then get a call saying they can't get ahold of the provider and have to find a new provider.
