Great customer service, the painters were courteous and professional (but not proficient with English), and the end result is satisfactory. Samples shown in office are smoother than the final product.
The garage and back room look great. Exactly what was asked for. It was finished yesterday so although it looks and feels great, I’ll have to come back next year to judge durability. The whole process was great from the start with Denise to the install by Johnny and his sidekick. Thanks so much!
UPDATE 11/21/23: I am thrilled to restore my 5 Star Review. Idea sent 3 great techs to repair my garage floor. Thank you very much to The Idea Painting Company for standing by your work and doing so in a timely basis.UPDATE 11/7/23: Denise (very courteous and professional) contacted me. She committed to have the repair complete in March of 2024 but no later than April 5th, 2024 (meeting the terms of their contract). Although I am disappointed that I did not do better research at out the outset regarding their warranty repair time frame (6 months), I appreciate Denise's assurance that this will be done.
