When I called, Kenia immediately answered and told me the options based on my needs. We then set the date for the cleaning. The day of the cleaning Kenia kept me updated on the estimated arrival time. The team of cleaners were such nice people and very respectful of the property. They took the time to understand any special requests (for example, a few brand new appliances didn’t need to be cleaned). They accomplished a lot in a short amount of time and the place felt like a new home! All the dust was gone, bathrooms were spotless and the floors looked amazing! “Maria and her team recently did a fabulous deep clean/reset for us. Everything was meticulous—they even removed stains from a sink that I thought was hopelessly stained. We had a lot of different surfaces (lots of hardwood floors & cabinets, tile, etc) and everything was gleaming when they left. It can be hard to find cleaners who do windows, inside refrigerators, or inside of ovens but she does. She uses the cleaning products that you provide, which I appreciate (but she brings mop, vacuum, rags, etc). The three team members were very efficient and did so much work in a reasonable amount of time. The price was very fair and Maria did an in-person estimate ahead of time. She is completely professional, easy to communicate with especially when she sends reminder texts (very helpful!).
