Dr. Rae Huang got me the first version of my lenses after one MONTH. We had to do minor adjustments since then, but nothing unexpected/out of the ordinary.

These two ladies were very professional and helpful to me when I was in the store. Today they were busy so they asked me please come back in a few, I responded sure. When I came back to the store they helped me and let me try on a few glasses in the store. Most all they were so polite, sweet, and gave good customer service. While they were adjusting my glasses, I told them need to change the screws I wear rimless glasses.
