The Computer Mom was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the cause of slow loading of webpages on our Windows 10 PC, a failed network card. She recommended an easy fix: plug in a USB ethernet adapter. Fast page loading now without having to install a new internal network adapter card. This computer had previously been to the local shop where I had purchased the PC and they did not find his problem! Hooray for the Computer Mom! I would trust her with any computer or network issue.

I had no sound whatsoever even though the microphone tested as working in Windows 11. In these days of remote meetings, this was a real problem! Julie was absolutely wonderful in quickly finding the problem which was a conflict between the microphone/speaker software and Windows 11. And it works now on Zoom, Teams, Google Meets, etc.! Thank you, Julie!
